How To Make Pisang Goreng (Indonesian Banana Fritters)

one 1/4 cups general-purpose flour
two tablespoons refined sugar
1/4 tablespoon vanilla powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

two tablespoons butter, melted
one teaspoon rum ingredient
four ripe bananas, sliced
two cups oil for cookery


during a giant bowl, mix flour, sugar and vanilla powder. build a well within the center, and pour in milk, egg, melted butter and rum ingredient. combine till swish. Fold in banana slices till equally coated.
Heat oil during a pan or deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Drop banana mixture by tablespoon into hot oil. Fry till golden brown and tender, ten to fifteen minutes. take away bananas from oil, and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
